Latest model developments include:
-Floor area increased- The space was becoming too cramped and I felt it was in fact too compact to live in comfortably. I have scaled the whole house up making all rooms slightly larger and also allowing more space for an improved and safer staircase.
-Green wall beds and windows on the street-facing external wall. These are in polygonal shapes to help break up the space in a less cellular/grid-like way.
– New kitchen/Bar design- More compact kitchen design. Custom fold-away/hide-away bar and bar stools.
– Bedroom details- Built in wardrobes and adjustable peg shelving walls in all rooms.
– Addition of an under stairs laundry cupboard (in compliance with the NZ Building Code Clause G2 a dwelling of 3 or more people must have laundering facilities)
– Additional shelving in hallway
